Each week there will be a FREE introductory class sponsored by a different local fitness establishment. Be sure to wear sneakers and loose fitting clothing. Bring your own mat if needed and water.

In case of rain, classes cancelled, unless specified. Call the fitness facility for more information.

June 18 – UFC Gym Hoboken: Fight Fit Boxing Conditioning. Learn basic MMA skills with a cardio kick. Fight FIT simulates a real UFC Championship fight with five, five-minute rounds, utilizing various equipment.
