The City of Hoboken is partnering with American Legion Post 107, Hudson County, Monarch Housing, and the Hoboken Shelter to create 6 units of affordable housing for homeless veterans as part of the redevelopment of American Legion Post 107’s headquarters at 308 2nd Street.
The project on the American Legion site would create housing space for homeless veterans and protect the American Legion from future flooding by moving their operations to the second floor.
This project is funded through the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, Hudson County’s HOME Consortium, the City of Hoboken, and private donations.
