This addendum will be published in the newspaper and posted on the City of Hoboken website to ensure compliance.
There are no other changes to this Bid documents as part of this addendum.

Pest Control Service Provider
Bidders shall familiarize themselves with the local conditions affecting the cost of the work and
the site of the work. Bidders are required to perform, provide and furnish all of the labor,
materials, necessary tools, fees, permits and equipment including transportation services necessary
to complete the work in accordance with the specifications.
These estimates are provided for informational only and the City shall not be obligated to purchase
any minimum or maximum number of service hours and parts/materials herein described. Vendor will be
paid for the actual parts, materials or services used or rendered. All prices quoted shall also
include all travel time, no additional travel time will be honored.
