The City reserves theright to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal in the best interest of the City.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq.,N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
To protect the health and safety of everyone, vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals via certified mail or overnight delivery.
