ADDENDUM TO BID DOCUMENTS
Bid Number: 22 - 12 - WATER SYSTEM RENEWAL PHASE II PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF HOBOKEN
This Addendum # 1, dated January 27, 2023, is issued to modify the above-mentioned Bid and is hereby made part of the Bid documents. Please attach this Addendum #1 to the original documents in your possession and ensure same is included in your proposal.
The complete version of Addendum #1, which contains the following: 6 clarifications; 23 questions and answers; minor changes to 5 specifications; Bid Acknowledgement Sheet; Acknowledgement of American Iron and Steel Provisions; revised Bid Document Submission Checklist; and revised Bid Form, was sent to all vendors that received the complete bid package and will be provided to all vendors requesting the bid package starting today.
The City (and the project design engineer) will not accept RFIs and questions at this time, The complete version of Addendum #1 is posted on the City of Hoboken website and may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, City Hall 2nd Floor, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, N.J. 07030 during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
