Request for Expression of Interest: 916 Garden Street Automated Parking Garage
The City of Hoboken is inviting interested qualified and experienced vendors with the necessary resources, expertise, and licensure to submit an Expression of Interest for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the proposed new fully automated, fully enclosed, parking garage at 916 Garden Street, with at least 300 parking spaces, as a replacement of the current facility.
