NOTICE TO VENDORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on December 9, 2022 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at Division of Purchasing, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J.
for: RFP - 22 – 44 - Request for Proposals (RFP) – Competitive Contracting Café Operations at Resiliency Park Terrace Pavilion
A site visit will be scheduled for 1:00 PM on Monday, November 14, 2022. Potential lessees should meet personnel from the Department of Environmental Services and Construction Management Team at the Resiliency Park at the corner of Madison and 12th streets.
Questions and request for information (RFI) must be in writing and may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent VIA E-MAIL to purchasing@hobokennj.gov by 12:00pm on Thursday, November 17, 2022.
The City will not entertain any more questions after this deadline.
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide cafe operations at Resiliency Park Terrace Pavilion, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email (below) to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
