NOTICE TO VENDORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on February 8, 2023 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at Division of Purchasing, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J.
for: RFP - 23 – 02 2ND attempt - Request for Proposals (RFP) – Competitive Contracting Café Operations at Resiliency Park Terrace Pavilion
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide cafe operations at Resiliency Park Terrace Pavilion, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email (below) to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
