The City of Hoboken invites residents to fill out a questionnaire created by students at Rutgers University to help determine the future use of the site of the Marshall Street Substation. The site has been operated by PSEG as an electrical substation for years, but will soon be transferred to the City of Hoboken as a new substation is built on Madison Street. The results of this survey will assist the City of Hoboken determining the future use of the site.
