Notice is hereby given of the issuance of Addenda #2 for the City of Hoboken Residential Energy Aggregation Request for Proposals, issued on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. This Addenda #2 makes certain changes to the original bid specifications.

The date of the Online Auction, and the program start dates for the City of Hoboken Residential Energy Aggregation Request for Proposals have changed, please update your schedule in accordance with the changes below:
Original Auction Date: April 7, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Original Program Start Dates: July 2021 and March 2022
Updated Pre-Qualification Package Due Date: April 15, 2021
Updated Auction Date: June 2, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Updated Program Start Dates: January 2022 and March 2022

Please Note:
All Pre-Qualification Packages submitted by Suppliers on March 19, 2021 that were deemed complete will remain valid for the June 2, 2021 Online Auction & those Suppliers will not be required to submit an updated Pre-Qualification Package at that time.
Suppliers that have not yet submitted a Pre-Qualification Package, and wish to do so, may submit a Pre-Qualification Package for consideration by close of business on April 15, 2021.
All Suppliers, including those that have already been pre-qualified, must return the attached Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda by close of busines on April 15, 2021.
All other information contained in the original bid documents remains the same.
