CITY OF HOBOKEN NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the representative of the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on June 22, 2022 at 2:00 PM prevailing time at City Clerk, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. 07030 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
Bid Number: 22 - 07 - PROFESSIONAL OPERATION OF THE OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES FOR THE CITY OF HOBOKEN
Specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, City Hall 2nd Floor, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, N.J. 07030 during regular business hours

The scheduled walk-through is on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 10:00 AM prevailing time at Garage B located at 28 Second Street, Hoboken, New Jersey, 07030. Contact and RSVP Division of Purchasing at the above number and email. No other City facilitated walk-through will be provided.
Deadline for all RFI, questions and clarifications: May 17, 2022 at 2:00 pm prevailing time. All RFI, questions and clarifications must be in writing. Send all RFI, questions and clarifications via email to: purchasing@hobokennj.gov.
All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids pursuant to applicable law and regulations, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder.
Bidders are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5- 31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
