12 Municipal Vehicles for Auction from Tuesday April 18, 2022 through April 26, 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of Hoboken has a need to hold an online Municipal Surplus Auction through New Jersey State Contract #83453 T-2581 GOVDEAL, Inc., 100 Capitol Commerce Blvd., Suite 110, Montgomery, AL 36117 www.govdeals.com for Revenue control equipment to be sold at auction. Amano 7800 equipment that include (4) Spitters, (3) Fee Computers, (6) Express- Parcs, (5) Pay-On-Foot Machines, (14) Gate Arms & Controllers no longer needed for public purpose. The list of equipment and other related materials shall be sold on an “as-is” condition without express or implied warranties with the successful bidder required to execute a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement concerning use of said surplus. All bidders must pre-register with GovDeals.com. The sale is being conducted pursuant to Local Finance Notice 2008-9. GOVDEAL, Inc., shall advertise from Thursday, September 2, 2021 through Monday, September 13, 2021 or until all items have been sold at www.govdeals.com.
The equipment and other related materials will be sold on an “as is” condition with no warranties or guarantees. All sales will be final. There will be NO REFUNDS. All bidder(s) must have total payment (payable by wire transfer, certified bank check or money order) to www.govdeals.com. The successful bidder(s) must remove the equipment from the required locations at their own expense within five (5) consecutive calendar days of the sale date. If vehicles are not picked up within the five (5) calendar days, all sales and deposits will be forfeited.
