In accordance with the requirements of the Open Public Meetings Law Chapter 231, of the Public Laws of 1975 of the State of New Jersey, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Hoboken announces that the Regular Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 14,2026 at 7:00 PM, in the Community Room of Monroe Gardens, 221 Jackson Street,Hoboken, New Jersey for the following purposes:
Call to Order, Chairperson
1. Approval of Minutes of the Previous Meeting
2. Approval of May Contractual Expenses, Bills &Resolutions
3. Executive Director Communications & Reports
4. New Business
5. Public Portion
6. Closed Session
7. Resolution from closed session and other matters that properly come before the Chairperson and Board of Commissioners
The Authority will exercise its powers, duties, and functions in formal actions on the above at the Meeting.

Announcement Regarding Notice
I would like to advise those present that Notice of this Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Hoboken has been provided to the Public in accordance with the Provisions of the Open Public Meeting Act.
Notice of this Regular Board of Thursday, May 14, 2026 was given by publication of the Annual Meeting Notice of the Authority, with amendments, as necessary, and was sent to the Star Ledger as a Public Notice onTuesday, May 5, 2026 as Notification to the General Public of the Meeting; sent to the City Clerk of Hoboken on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 with a copy of the Agenda to be posted on the Bulletin Board in City Hall, Hoboken Library and Hoboken Police Department; and posted on the Authority website on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
I direct the Minutes of this Meeting to state that I have announced that Adequate Notice of this Meeting has been given as required by the Open Public Meetings Act.
