NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF HOBOKEN
CHURCH SQUARE PARK – VISION PLAN
HUDSON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
The City of Hoboken City Council will hold a Public Hearing on this project in the Council Chambers at Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ at 7:00 p.m. during its regular meeting on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
The project is located at 400 Garden Street (between Garden Street, 4th Street, 5th Street and Willow Avenue), Block 191.01 Lot 1. The lot is 135,335 square feet or approximately three (3) acres.
The project will create a Vision Plan of the historic Church Square Park to outline future upgrades, for the next 150 years. The Vision Plan will include final concept design changes, cost estimates and construction phasing.
The public is invited to submit verbal comment on the change in use of the park during the public hearing. Alternatively, written comments may be submitted to Hoboken City Hall at 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, New Jersey Attn: Department of Environmental Services.
