NOTICE TO VENDORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson,
State of New Jersey on February 28, 2024 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at Division of Purchasing, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:
RFP - 24 – 05 -Request for Proposals (RFP) – Competitive Contracting Integrated Pest Management Services Site visit will be held on Monday, February 12, 2024 at
10:00 am at City Hall. Site visit will only be for Municipal Buildings. Questions and request for information (RFI) must be in writing and may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent VIA E-MAIL to purchasing@hobokennj.gov by 12:00pm on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
The City will not entertain any more questions after this deadline.
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide integrated pest management services (IPM) across all city-owned facilities and public parks.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email (below) to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
