NOTICE TO VENDORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on November 17, 2026 at 11:30 AM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:
RFP - 26 - 15 - Hoboken Master Plan Re-examination Report,Community and Educational Facilities Plan Element, and Parks and Recreation Plan Element
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional services to prepare a Master Plan Reexamination, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email (below) to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00am to 4:00 pm).
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
