NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on June 10, 2026 at 11:30 AM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:
RFP - 26- 08 - Competitive Contracting – Short-term Rental Monitoring and Compliance Services
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide short-term rental monitoring and compliance to the City, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specifications and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email (below) to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
