ADDENDUM TO RFP DOCUMENTS RFP – 26-12 - Hoboken Master Plan Re-examination Report and Community and Educational
Facilities Plan Element
This Addendum # 1 dated September 28, 2026, is issued to modify the above-mentioned RFP, and is hereby made part of the RFP documents. Please attach this Addendum #1 to the original documents in your possession and ensure same is included in your proposal. This addendum includes:
Q1. Can the City expand on how the anticipated scope compares with the prior Master Plan Re-Examination Report adopted in 2018? For that effort, the City took an expansive approach on visioning and community engagement that was significantly more intensive than a typical re-examination report that had been undertaken previously. Does the City envision a similar effort for the upcoming re-examination report, or a scope that is more typical?
A1. This would be more in line with a typical Master Plan Re-Examination
Q2. The existing Community Facilities Plan Element is part of the 2004 Master Plan. However, the link to the 2004 plan on the City’s website is broken. Can access to that plan be restored?
A2. See attached for the 2004 Master Plan - we'll work on restoring the link
This addendum is posted on the City of Hoboken website to ensure compliance.
There are no other changes to the RFP documents as part of this addendum.
