NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on February 10, 2022 at 3:00 PM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for the
following professional services:
RFP 22 – 02 - RFQ – Professional Services – Licensed Attorney – Special Counsel – Historic Preservation Commission Board Attorney – Term: January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022
RFP 22 – 03 - RFQ – Professional Services – Licensed Attorney – Special Counsel – Rent Leveling Board Attorney – Term: January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional services to the City, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
The City of Hoboken is expanding the pool for candidates. If you have already submitted specific
RFPs that are listed above, please do not submit again.

Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et
seq.,
N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken
Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
