This Addendum # 1 dated May 20, 2022, is issued to modify the above-mentioned RFP, and is hereby made part of the RFP documents. Please attach this Addendum #1 to the original documents in your possession and ensure same is included in your proposal. This addendum includes:
Q: The RFP refers to the proposed high-level storm sewer (HLSS) system currently under design by the North Hudson Sewerage Authority. That design is critical to the scope of work for this proposal, as the extent to which they propose to raise their facilities will directly affect the limits of work and scope of this RFP. We were wondering if that design can be made available to assist potential bidders in the preparation of proposals.
A: The design is being prepared by NHSA’s consultant at this time. The prospective consultant will have to coordinate with NHSA’s consultant once the project is awarded.
This addendum is posted on the City of Hoboken website to ensure compliance.
There are no other changes to the RFP documents as part of this addendum.
