NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson,
State of New Jersey on May 11, 2023 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:
RFP 23-06
Professional Services for Hoboken Parking Utility Online Parking Permit Management System including Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) Camera System, Plug-In Hybrid Vehicle, and Mobile App
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional services for the above, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), or send your request via email below.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
To protect the health and safety of everyone, vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals via certified mail or overnight delivery.
