NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received
by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on August 24, 2023 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:

Questions and request for information (RFI) must be in writing and may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent VIA E-MAIL to purchasing@hobokennj.gov by 12pm on August 4, 2023. The City will not entertain any more questions after this deadline.


The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide goods and services for the mentioned above to the City, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.

Specification and other RFP information may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), or send your request via email below.

Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
