NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on October 16, 2024 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at Division of Purchasing, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:
RFP 24-15 - Request for Proposals (RFP): Competitive Contracting Payroll Services Provider
Deadline for all RFI, questions and clarifications: September 23, 2024, at 12:00 pm prevailing time. All RFI, questions and clarifications must be in writing. Send all RFI, questions and clarifications by email to: purchasing@hobokennj.gov
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional payroll services to the City of Hoboken in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email (below) to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
