NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Qualifications will be received by the Purchasing Department, for the City of Hoboken, Hudson County, State of New Jersey on
November 26, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. prevailing time at Hoboken City Hall, Office of the Clerk, 94 Washington Street, NJ 07030:
RFP 24-19 - RFQ-Professional Services for Special Counsel (All Categories) Term: January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025
The City of Hoboken is requesting qualifications from qualified firms to provide special counsel (all categories) in the form of legal representation in matters relating to the City of Hoboken’s government administrative functions, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFQ information may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, Hoboken City Hall, or send a request to the email address below.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
