NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on May 8, 2026 at11:30 AM prevailing time at Division of Purchasing, City Hall 94Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:
RFP 26-06 Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals Insurance BrokerageServices – Medical,Prescription (Rx), Dental, and Vision and/or Property/Casualty and Risk Management
Term: May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027
The City seeks qualifications from qualified individuals, firms or teams who wish to provide professional services stated above to the City of Hoboken pursuant to New Jersey statutes in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFQ information may be obtained by sending an email (below) to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.,N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process,the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
