RFP 26-13 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) – COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING ON-CALL SPECIALIZED SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES FOR RESILIENCITY PARK
Questions and request for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing and may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent VIA E-MAIL to purchasing@hobokennj.gov by 12pm on October 15, 2026.
The City will not entertain any more questions after this deadline. The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide soliciting proposals for one or more vendor(s) to provide ON- CALL SPECIALIZED SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES FOR RESILIENCITY PARK. The Contractor shall provide specialized snow and ice removal services on an on-call basis when requested by the Director of Infrastructure or their designee.
The Contractor shall maintain sufficient trained personnel, supervision, materials, and appropriate equipment to mobilize promptly and safely perform the work, including in constrained areas where heavy-duty vehicles are not permitted or cannot operate without damaging park features. Specification and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email (below) to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm). Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
