Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla, Councilman Ruben Ramos, the Hoboken Business Alliance, and the Hoboken Housing Authority today invite residents to the first Southwest Fest on Saturday, June 3.
The fun filled festival will take place on Jackson Street between Second Street and Third Street from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. The fest will feature family friendly activities including carnival games, live performances, entertainment, and highlight local businesses and eateries.
“Thanks to the feedback from residents, we are making more programming and fun filled activities available to residents of West Hoboken, this time with our brand-new Southwest Fest,” said Mayor Bhalla. “I’m thrilled to partner with the Hoboken Business Alliance, Hoboken Housing Authority, and Councilman Ramos to offer this family-friendly festival, and I encourage all members of the community to come out, enjoy the outdoors with their neighbors, and participate in some fun-filled activities on June 3!"
